Shipping and Returns
All UK Mainland orders are
sent with
FREE delivery and are normally delivered within 24-48 hours
of your order being placed. All orders
received by 2pm are usually sent
the same day, we will try to send orders received later the same day
too
but it depends upon the time of collection by our couriers.
Europe & Rest of World
Orders are sent with FREE Delivery when you spend £100 or more up to a weight of 2Kg.
Orders
under £100 will be calculated on weight. All Europe and Rest of World
orders are sent by
International Signed For service which will take
approximately 5-7 days. A signature is required upon
delivery.
If
we have a shortage of any particular product you may have ordered we
will
contact you with alternative colours, flavours, sizes or styles.
If none of the alternatives offered are
acceptable we will give you an
anticipated delivery date for the out of stock items to arrive with
you, if
this is unacceptable we will send you an e-mail to confirm
cancellation of the order and a full refund will
be credited to your
Credit/Debit Card Account.
Any Unsuitable Items will be accepted
for Exchange or Refund (Excluding Special Offers which are
non-refundable) only if returned un-opened
with seals intact on
Supplements and Clothing/Accessories are in Original Packaging and Tags
still
attatched accompanied by a copy of Body Tone Warehouse Invoice.
The Customer will be liable for the Return
Postage Costs.
No
Refunds or Exchanges will be sent until Body Tone Warehouse receive
Original Purchase, it is advised to use Recorded Delivery as proof of
Postage/Delivery.
