As a dietary supplement, mix three 25ml scoops with 300ml of cold water. For the creatine loading phase, drink four servings daily for five days, then maintain at one serving daily. For best results during maintenance, take one serving directly after workout. Cycling: The most effective method is to use creatine for four weeks (incl loading phase), and then take no creatine for four weeks. After abstaining for four weeks, you start taking creatine again for another four weeks. This helps you avoid building up a tolerance and allows you to keep seeing benefits from taking creatine.
