Shipping and Returns Policy

All UK Mainland orders are sent FREE (we may charge for delivery on specific days such as Black Friday) and are normally delivered within 24-48 hours of your order being placed depending on which delivery service is applicable, all orders under 1Kg are sent Royal Mail First Class Signed For which Royal Mail aim to deliver next working day but this is not a guaranteed service. Orders over 1Kg are sent with DHL and this is a 48 hour delivery service, also not guarateed. All orders received by 2pm are usually sent the same day, we will try to send orders received later the same day too but it depends upon the time of collection by our couriers. Once orders are in transit with Royal Mail and DHL we cannot add any changes to address details so please ensure your address details are entered correctly in the first instance we will not be held responsible for sending parcels to incorrect address entries, we have no control over delivery times therefore we cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries.

Next Day Deliveries available at an extra cost weekdays only. If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday for next day delivery this will be shipped Monday therefore you will receive your order on Tuesday. Please note this is a signature on delivery service and may not be left even if instructions to do so are added to the package. If you are not in on delivery attempt Royal Mail will leave a post office card for collection at your local post office where a signature will be required.

All Europe and Rest of World orders under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For service, all orders over 2kg will be sent via one of our courier services charged at maximum £25.00 depending on weight of package. A signature is required upon delivery. These services will take approximately 5-7 working days.

If we have a shortage of any particular product you may have ordered we will contact you with alternative colours, flavours, sizes or styles. If none of the alternatives offered are acceptable we will give you an anticipated delivery date for the out of stock items to arrive with you, if this is unacceptable we will send you an e-mail to confirm cancellation of the order and a full refund will be credited to your Credit/Debit Card.

Any Unsuitable Items will be accepted for Exchange or Refund (Excluding Special Offers which are non-returnable and non-refundable) within 30 days of receiving your order only if returned un-opened with seals intact on Supplements and Clothing/Accessories are in Original Packaging and Tags still attached accompanied by a copy of Body Tone Warehouse Invoice. The Customer will be liable for the Return Postage Costs.

No Refunds or Exchanges will be sent until Body Tone Warehouse receive Original Purchase to returns at Body Tone Warehouse Ltd, 10 Main Street, Dundee, DD3 7EZ, it is advised to use Recorded Delivery as proof of Postage/Delivery.
